Great customer service and clarity by Alex . All my stuff was delivered on time and no issues. I would highly recommend this moving company: ( one note…Always discuss square footage and actual size of your property to make sure all parties are on the same page ( very important) . Thanks Sasha very much for his help moving down from South Carolina to florida He was able to price me before anything, and walk me down through anything extra that i needed I had a curio cabinet, that my grandfather build 30 years ago When he came, he made sure to use necessary materials, and the piece came down to my new house nice and safe without any scratches Definitely recommending to my friends

Alex and his team did an excellent job completing a move for my family. He was patient when we had hiccups with our banks (a withdrawal I made took days to go into my bank instead of hours as I expected. When it was time to pay, there was a daily limit to a new recipient issue, and he waited for me to move money around last minute so I could send from another account. It was overwhelming and stressful for my family member, but he remained kind and patient). He seems very resourceful and professional. The 3 men who handled our belongings treated us, our items and our space with respect and care. Thank you. I would definitely recommend!

Moved here to NC 2.5 yrs. ago, and have decided to relocate to Charleston. Well, the quotes which I received were ridiculous. I somehow came across Direct Movers and spoke with Alex. Something about his voice took away all of the stress. Decided to go with them, and of course there were hiccups, but Alex to the rescue! Made it all come together for me today, with the help of the three movers that handled everything as If it were their own. So very courteous, and friendly. I would highly recommend this moving company to everyone.

At first, i was kind of hesitant to hire a moving company due to the worry of my belongings being broken. it took a couple of weeks for me to to find a tolerable moving company that can travel remotely far. We used Direct moving group for our move from North Carolina to Florida and had a great experience from start to finish. I wouldn’t say that it was a super duper affordable price but it definitely saved me a solid headache, time, and a hospital visit if i ever thought about moving my furniture by myself.. which in my opinion, made it worth the money. The crew was punctual, worked quickly, and handled everything professionally. They were organized, careful with our belongings, and clearly knew what they were doing from A to Z. This was by far the first company i’ve ever financially worked with, that gave me significant reassurance that involved my personal home necessities. i was very fond of it.

Direct lMoving made my interstate move a lot less arduous and Alex did a very fine job on the front end arranging eveything ; i.e.the timing --from packing and pick up to delivery etc two men employed by Direct were the actual movers and they were efficient effective pleasant and timely. I have no hesitation in recommending Dorect Moving especially since they are the actual Movers not brokers and that to me makes a big difference.

I had an incredible experience with Direct moving group. I’ve moved many times, but this was by far the greatest moving experience I’ve had amongst the various moves. The team worked very efficiently while treating all of my belongings with exceptional care, including sentimental and my high value items. They helped unload and organize my life possessions and were incredibly kind, calm, and reassuring throughout the entire moving process, which made a stressful day feel easy. Direct Moving Group helped me with an interstate move in September 2025. They were very helpful from the initial consultation I had with Alex, clear through to the delivery. They were always responsive to my questions and concerns, easy to reach by phone, and very organized. Their labeling system was effective; nothing was lost in transit. I would heed their advice to use heavy duty boxes when packing though, as some of the cartons were a bit scuffed up/crushed on the edges when delivered; however, I had really wrapped and cushioned everything well based on the advice given by Alex, so nothing was damaged. The crew who picked up was different from the crew who delivered; both were very polite and professional.
