The team that handled my things were wicked nice and went above and beyond making sure everything was safe, secure, and accounted for upon arrival. I thought I had packed things really well, and when they showed up they showed me what REAL packing looking like. Every item wrapped and protected and ready for the long journey north. I am so grateful for their hard work, and if/when I move again, I will ONLY want to work with Direct Moving Group.

Direct Moving was very professional, excellent communications, punctual/reliable and very smooth pickup. Delivery was via a 3rd party to accommodate my date (delivery was not equally smooth, just OK).

I had a great experience with this moving company for a move two states away. Everything was delivered safely and on time, with no damage to any of my belongings. The crew was professional, careful, and very respectful throughout the entire process. Alex was our main point of contact and was always just a phone call away whenever we had a question. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and everything was handled so smoothly that we really didn’t have to worry about anything. Moving that far can be stressful, but they made the whole process surprisingly easy. Highly recommend!

Great customer service and clarity by Alex . All my stuff was delivered on time and no issues. I would highly recommend this moving company: ( one note…Always discuss square footage and actual size of your property to make sure all parties are on the same page ( very important) .
